Hi,
To people who don't know, cops can't see new players who are wanted through f5 computers (I guess it was added to prevent targetting new players and marking them). The issue with this though is our inability to find them and kill them and stop them from getting wanted.
A few weeks ago a new player managed to get APB because we couldn't mark him through f5 and couldn't mark him regularly through /mark because it was closed thus we had no way of finding where he was and had to wait untill he was APB.
My suggestion: Making it so that new players that pass 500 WP are seen in f5 computer (we see their name) and we can mark them through f5 computer
This way we can't target noobs the second they start robbing a score but prevent peoppe abusing this.

I have personally seen tons of criminals who got APB by abusing this feature. Your suggestion is very logical, beneficial and should fix this problem, therefore my vote is :tick:

In my experience as a PC I have gone through this situation multiple times - players use second accounts, join official groups, and farm APBs in the morning timezones. Not being able to mark these players is super annoying because they are clearly exploiting a feature meant for genuine newbies. We discussed about what Deathwish suggested in PC team private channels a while ago and we believe that it's a much needed suggestion.

Are they really noob players? Most are using it to abuse it.
Still my suggestion is for new players when they reach above 300 WPs and I believe that after they reach 300 WPs it's fair to be able to mark them (?)

Did you even read? How are they noobs if they're clearly second accounting to farm WPs for group scores and abusing a feature made for real newbies?

Yes, I have come across players who have made new accounts in order to avoid being recognized in F5, but they are abusing the features intended for new players. I am aware that some are truly beginners, and it's possible that some police officers are taking advantage of them, but some known criminals in the community are abusing the features of newbies. Those people are from the L6 and L8 groups, but I don't wanna mention those names and groups. POSITIVE :tick:

When a players gets 250 WP that's like 2-3 ARs and like 5 store robberies if a new players gets 250 WP he's obviously not getting farmed

Whoever is voting negative is either abusing this "feature" or read the title and didn't bother. The fact is this "feature" that is supposed to be protecting noobs is being abused by certain criminal who double account and farm WPs and APBs easily

It doesn't require much of an IQ to figure out that whoever exceeds 250 WP is obviously not a newbie and is capable of handling things.

How a one year old kid can manage to feed himself make sense, that is not a newbie because you will see most of the new players just shootin' their MP5 into random peds or random ppl, also you cops are lazy y'all just want to stand in all saints hospital 24/7 staring your F5 looking for the next target and use /rt to get him, c'mon get yourself a police vehicle and go patrol whole LS because it's your job.

Old players are abusing this "feature" and all I see here is people downvoting without giving a solution? So people who are making new accounts currently can farm free WPs and APBs without even being able to be tracked so please everyone who is downvoting give out a better solution than "roam around LS hh lazy bruh"

Good idea! I've experienced situations where some old players create accounts just to get APBs without being noticed. Let's consider this: How can new players disable their markings if they don't know that it's possible? creating new account just to farm APBs or WL? Why not do it on your main account, folks? You can achieve the same results even on your main account. Taking advantage of newbies, or are you guys the ones taking advantage of this feature, eh?.
Saying newbies will quit because cops farmed them, or are you guys can't use this feature anymore because you can't farm APBs? just asking kek

hey, DeathWish, I agree with you that this becomes annoying when an old player tries to abuse the newbie system, so they can easily avoid other problems of Cops not being able to see them in F5 when it is APB, I think this should be fixed to avoid system abuse. :tick:

I think its a thing that been made on purpose to avoid some players that just target new players also there is no way a new player will made above even 200, because they can't leave AR or CE Alive due their skills, and also if he tried to rob a store cops will get a Patch message saying that some one robbing that store and atleast 2-3 cops will head there so yeah :/.

Make new account > disable marking > do illegal trucking > ez APB because you can't be marked or found. that's how it was abused last time.
if your issue is with it being 250 WP it can be changed to something like 500 WP idc but making it so we can only be able to see him on the minimap is after he gets APB is actually funny.

500WP will be reasonable for me, also I agree about your point which is to stop some current players that open new accounts to do that (which personally I didn't know it was possible) but its 1 out of 10 happen thing.

This is how lame some cit nolifers are, just because they can't get apb on their main account they create new accounts, disable marking and abuse this feature, and now they come here and vote negative on it with no good reason, because their votes count even if they don't have a reason. :mreow:

There will rarely be a fresh new player capable of reaching 500 WL. And when they do, they are going to experience a sample of the wrath of angry cops which should be a neat rite of passage.

If a criminal has reached more than 500 WL, he shouldn’t be considered as a newbie. He should have had some experience, as it’s impossible imo for a newcomer to reach that wanted level without being killed. So, yea they should be visible through F5

So i've been reading all of the comments of ppl and made up my mind so basicly guys y'all are just scared that new joining people get targeted and don't come back what about the ppl that double accounts and can handle themselfs pretty good and even if they are new blood they will eventualy learn how to be better you get better by practicing everybody has gone threw that beeing a newbie is not a excuse to be able to get APBs and not get shown in the map I agree with the suggestion that deathwish made :tick: :tick:

- Players with less than 900 minutes of playtime, who would normally be hidden on police computer, will now appear if over 500 wanted points. (Arran + DeathWish)
