Rhino has not any good features  and u still want to nerf it , you can escape from it too slow to catch you.

Hey there, I'm here today to make a suggest about (Nefing Rhino) as the title said. Nowadays u can see many cops abuse the abiliy of Rhino to broke criminals vehicle while they're escaping from AR (particularly "Newport Pier"), it's unfair to broke a vehicle with 100% health in 1 sec if get hitten by Rhino or someone recover it too fast while ur esacping. I know that in most games the Rhino is this powerful, especially Rockstar games but the only way to escape from Newport Pier (AR) is to cross the bridge, while u moving u see 1 or more Rhino close the road outside. It's like putting barrier in the middle of the road which is punishable cuz it's impedes the movement of drivers. Stingers can be used as an alternative instead of Rhino.

I agree. When the police (New Port Pier) AR arrives, the police block the entrance with tanks and kill us. Imagine this as you are at high wl.

It costs 90m, is slow as fuck, can't shoot, can't deploy stingers
The only benefit it has is strong armor and ability to ram. Taking that away will make it worthless. It's not hard to avoid being rammed too, just go around it, because of its slow speed you can easily outrun it.

The video clearly shows you exploiting it actually, there's no way he could've "avoided being rammed" by "going around it".
OP should feel free to open a complaint.
Rhino is now permanently collisionless
