It's simple, when every new hour start, we will get notification.
"New hour, Earnings have been restarted."
Or
"New hour is here, Earnlimit have been restarted."
Something like that
Why?
Everyone will know it's new hour + new players will know how it work's.
In last time so much people asked in team chat when that will reset, and how do they know when it's restarted.
I also think this little update can only make it better. I don't see any bad things in this.

This idea will help a lot because when you hit "Earn Limit" it's kinda tiring repeatedly typing the command /earnlimit in every min just to know if the "Earn Limit" is done. :tick: :tick: :tick:

This should help out newer players become acquainted with earnlimits. Also I agree with TwCafe, let me disable it if I want to.

Don't do this, there is enough useless stuff in /settings already, just makes it harder for new players to find the setting they're actually looking for.

I like this idea or put the old system where when you type /earnlimit it shows your Earnlimit and the Time minutes left. I don't know why its been removed. Anyways. :tick:

It has one disadvantage on the cop/criminal side. Most of the time, we don't care about earn limits and keep playing, but if we get notifications about earn limits, that will remind us we are playing for nothing. Maybe mentally we still start going afk every time this will make the CNR activity low on both sides. just a psychological factor

How about being able to enable or disable that notification via settings? Might be useful for newbies but many other, more experienced players might not want earnlimit notification to randomly pop on their screen all the time.

With this addition, people can go back to try hard in their specific jobs. From the CnR pov, this will have little effect as players from both sides regularly check their earnlimit but this will be helpful for civilians who spend their time doing whatever they want after their earnlimit finishes and, sometimes they forget to check if the earnlimit has gone back to square 1 or not. Overall, nice suggestion and I'm going positive with it :tick:

Why not just look at the time and see if a new hour has started..?
Earnlimit resets when the time goes to XX:00 unless you live in some weird country that has a half hour time zone.
