[+++][A] Adding Sections to tab F1 > Help

So I, as a translator and someone who frequently updates F1 > Help, often feel exhausted seeing the cluttered box of that tab compared to the better organized F3 Opportunities tab. 

So I thought, why not create sections in F1 > Help that are divided into:

- General Information
- Criminal
- Law
- Civilian
- Miscellaneous

to make F1 > Help easier to read, understand, work on as a translator, and update according to its context.

Search in F1 depends on how many times you say the word "Criminal" (If we will explain on your example) so, to make it search for a section or category like what is written on the F3, I think we will change in the script to make it search for sections not words. The idea is good anyway

Your suggestion might be a good addition to improve the F1 searching method but mostly will help translators to work in a smoothly environment if that's what you're aiming for.

Newbies would have a much better time reading an organized F1 rather than a cluttered one. I would also love this change in-game.

I myself was facing the problem that it was scattered a bit in F1, I believe this would make it much more readable and it would be arranged.
