Don't do this, there is enough useless stuff in /settings already, just makes it harder for new players to find the setting they're actually looking for.

It seems simple and maybe not useful to some people, but I would like it, because when its getting close to new hour and im grinding I always spam /earnlimit

I like  this idea or put the old system where when you type /earnlimit it shows your Earnlimit and the Time minutes left. I don't know why its been removed. Anyways.

yes please it's very annoying not knowing when you can start earning money again you just have to wait unknowingly

It has one disadvantage on the cop/criminal side. Most of the time,  we don't care about earn limits and keep playing, but if we get notifications about earn limits, that will remind us we are playing for nothing. Maybe mentally we still start going afk every time this will make the CNR activity low on both sides. just a psychological factor
