Suggestion: making /djshout enabled by default, DJ shout added to be similar to /superadvert but JaVa resigned and he missed to make it enabled by default.
As well, surprisingly, that was new to me somehow that I've never knew about DJ notes and it has been disabled for me that long.
Thus, I am really supporting this my own.

That's a good idea. They need a shout like Country Supporters. Many of my DJ friends are having this problem and they want their friends to throw adverts for him. I support this idea.

I legit did not know about DJ Shout until I've seen this suggestion, in my opinion I think we should have it set to enabled as default so it wouldn't make DJ Shout as useless for DJ's that are using it since most people have it set to disabled.

He must be in the game. This will be very useful for DJs. They need this. They don’t need to constantly advert people to invite them to their own broadcasts.

Half of CIT already don't know about DJ's access to notes, and you can take me, Cristiano & Harwood, as an example.
I myself enabled it right after I knew, to some it may be important. You can be right but it has to be like all others where who don't see its importance can disable it instead. Barley already anyone knows about this and has it enabled which caused it to be literally useless. @OhhKarim

You can be right but it has to be like all others where who don't see its importance can disable it instead. Barley already anyone knows about this

not at all... We have never heard of it.. that's the point. When it's enabled by default whoever gets annoyed will just disable it.
I don't know much about DJ system, but lemme guess, there are common replayed songs all day but whenever a DJ stream he plays his own afaik. Not even sure, but whatsoever. I might and I sometimes listen to Cit2 radio after their shutouts.

I have never heard of such a system, but I'll definitely support this because every team deserves the right to make a note that would be visible by all players. This note should be set as default enabled from settings, and players will decide whether they disable it or not.

Since there is a 30 minute cool down time I've made it enabled by default. Also I've fixed DJ shouts not getting logged.
