I didn't like it being applied only to kills and it's also biased if it only applies when danger level is low, not high.
Therefore I made one like how store robbery works:
Danger Level affect on robbery time:
0.6: 30% faster
0.8 or less: 20% faster
1 or less: 10% faster
2 to 2.2: 10% slower
2.4 to 2.6: 20% slower
2.8: 30% slower
