Title: Why I don't see neons on my cars ?

Hello friends,

So, recently I deleted my MTA and re-installed again, everything works fine but when I want to put /neon green on my cars I don't see on the game, why? @Chin  trying to help me, thank you for this but I still have same problem! I deleted neons folder from MTA>CIT>MODS etc and nothing, reconnected etc and nothing. How can I fix that ?

Yes I just did man, I checked in settings and it's fine, also it downloaded CIT resources... and not working

T/settings > Enable Neon Upgrades on vehicles > Set it to 'yes'

I tested this and not working, but idk how is fixed after few days without change something on settings or something. Thank you /lock this
