Getting straight to that, I am requesting a membership role for PAMs to be visible (that squares thing below your name). It's simple that it should be added as visible because we are an official team like others, I am going to provide the details of the color of this membership and the name as well.
Thanks to Ptole, he sent me the square color we wanted to be added.

Regarding the name of that membership, I don't really prefer making it "PAM" only because it's short and none would understand what PAM means. Naming it "Punishment Appeal Manager" would be actually much greater.
The access of those roles and what abilities it should have, that's up to the head staff.

Man even Instagram administrators got their own forum membership icons which is something insase. PAMs team should be one of the first team in the priority queue that would be suitable for such recognition, not to mention the hard work and the quality of their services they provide to our community.

Other teams/duties have their own forum memberships, so adding this for the PAM team is also necessary and won't harm anyone.

I just want to share an information. PAMs already have a membergroup called 'PAM - Punishment Appeal Manager' but it isn't displayed, so your suggestion should be renamed to make it visible instead since it already exists.

Well, PAM Should get this tho because some of new team got their own forum membership icon and why not if PAM have this forum membership icon too, Positive.

These 5 squares should be made available to Official members of PAM. I think it should be added to show on their profiles like (GLM and CIT Instagram). PAM is also an important place in this forum yes I am also supporting this

GLM got it. So it makes sense if PAM gets it too. So I guess this is already "WIP" if I am not mistaken. Positive :dogkek:
Why 5 squares? only RCM+ can apply for it + It's as sensitive as the staff duty (so is GLM but PAM's duty is heavier)

Since all official duties have aspecial color andname visible under each member I think PaMsneed to have it as well since the duty they are holding is critical for the community. Supporting

PAM is one of the most important positions in the community and they deserve to have forum rank because all community positions have forum ranks except PAM which is illogical. Positive

That's true.. I happen to be the one who created it back in the day just to give them access to a private board of their own. It wasn't meant to publicly display them as such. However, that reasoning was bound to its era of time where very few other groups had such distinctions (Back then, even country supporters distinction was up to the occasional debate).
I am all for giving every role the distinction they deserve. It might be a gesture of trivial importance but it is one of these gestures that show due appreciation. PAMs role is a lot more vital than many other roles that got their own distinctions these days.. I see no point in not handing them that.

Punishment Appeal Manager position has to be one of the most important and respectful positions within our community. And giving them the status of their duty has to be one of the most urgent things we have to do. PAMs work hard everyday handling topics and problems and we non arguably have to respect them all. So adding this membership will be one of the most simple things we can provide to this respectful team. Positive.
