[Resolved] Ability to hide admin notes in mainchat

I've just now, realised that alot events can be held by admins using mainchat, events such as "find me for 50k" or "unscrabble this: adfkldafg" and even "First one to SMS me wns 10k!".
Therefor the adminnotes could get spammed sometimes, and it would be good for people who don't give a shit about these events to disable it.
Also since admin notes ain't quite used to give important information which ever player just HAVE to see, then I see no problem in it. As I see it admin notes are mostly used for "bank rob in 5 minutes!!" and "drug shipment rob in 30 seconds!!" or even "event at me". Or even players who requested to use the note for their own event.

True, but wouldn't they notice it just as much? Or do you think they won't see it as spam because the message will be removed again after a few seconds?

Easy to make it fade in, display for a set time, and fade out. Also, the whole point of "disabling" it is so it doesn't spam the main chat for players actually talking to others.
If it's not in the chat, it can't spam.

 I think this is a great idea, today I was thinking that I was pretty anoying those notes. It would help to reduce the spam.

I say no. I personally use /adminnote to tell players what to do, I have even made binds for it. I'm often saying how to use /report, that you may not camp at the prison area etc. If people would disable it it would be totally useless.

Could instead make a new note system (/adminnote2 or whatever) where you would put unimportant information only, and those could be disabled. The "/adminnote2" would look just like the normal note, just that you could hide them.

I don't see notes too often, but on a last peak - chyeah, there was epic Note spam.
But, as Mikkel already suggested, there is people who don't give a shit about events or some changes on the server.
