What if players are outside that area and shoot to players inside it? There should be a new hospital with walls around then.

Yes, I agree with you, and with this new script that banned dmer's can only play in LV, they are always there killing and shooting to your vehicle, with no reasons.

This would fix the situation that's going on at LV hospital

Good idea.
Can we do this at the car recover spot in LV to.
Sometimes really hard to get your car and yourself out off there in 1 piece.
"Fix my car or ill shoot yours or ill kill you"
Especially with all the banned $#@$+&* around.
Can't really fix and shoot at thesame time.
