[+++][A] Add extra costs to warp to houses when somebody owns more than 9 houses

Fair enough for everyone, in my opinion people who got that number of houses won't face any issues with paying an extra fees. Certainly no objections against this suggestion.

I upvoted already but I forget to add one ideea which can be great to fix this. Brian, or maybe add one tax per week for those with more houses than 9. One tax per week like 500k - 1m per house X how many houses they have they must to pay, and if you don’t want to pay you need to own only 9 houses or less. Or add like you said already in your suggestion, but put more than 50% because if will be only 10% they have alot of cash anyway and they can pay, there is not any problem and nobody will change this.

Absolutely agreed, fair trade for those who own huge amounts of houses just to use them as spawns.

If they are able to afford buying 9+ houses, they'd stil be able to afford being charged higher every time they teleport there.

Why 9 houses? Any player can normally buy 4 houses (1 + 3 slots from DLx)

9 houses? it's 10.
A non DL player can purchase two - not just one.

 Who could have ever predicted that being able to purchase an unlimited amount of houses would turn into something unfair? WOW
 

When slots system originated, some players purchased over 10 slots and bought valuable houses. Now, they gonna pay extra just to punish them because they have a lot of money? 

That's what you get for manipulating the market.

'rich players' who already own multiple houses in the same area shouldn't argue on this. they're already fucking up the house prices, making it unfair for others to purchase houses in LS.

Increasing the teleportation coast by 10% won't solve the issue or have a big impact, if they already had the money to buy houses all over the game which may worth billions Then they won't mind paying an extra fee and yet nothing changed and they will keep their houses, so the whole point of this suggestion is yet not achieved, I believe there's more creative ideas to make those players sell some of their houses rather than this, not to mention it's not anyone fault that devolpers somehow decided to revert the changes and wants the houses owners to pay the price of it, it's more like punishing them.
