whenever I try to open MTA, I've had an issue in my PC lately and I made a new windows 64-bit and some changes, I've tried a lot of videos and they don't solve the issue, any help here?

Did you try re-installing MTA?

Of course, sorry forgot to mention. I also deleted GTA SA files and downloaded them again, yet the issue is still there.

After some search, all I can do for you is recommending downloading a fresh GTA SA game also making a clean MTA installation, try removing your proxy_sa.exe from GTA SA directory and opening MTA, I think it may help. Tell me when you try any of this.

This topic also had this unsolved problem

You misunderstood my issue, I can't even open MTA, even this issue isn't in MTA only it's in discord too. What you said above probably won't work.

Then I can only assume when you 'updated' your windows you didn't update your drivers. Can you press window button > Open Run > write; dxdiag > press enter > Show me screenshots of display and system taps, maybe your graphics card is not identified/updated so it won't make most of the applications even run.

When you send me the screenshots, check if your drivers are updated or not.

Alright, download Malwarebytes and do a scan and also check this link, it appears there are many reasons why this happens, so try installing the latest update for your graphics card and check your ram, read the link, try the solutions as this is not really only about MTA but discord too in your case.

Are you using HikGUI? It's software to monitor cameras.

Uhh... first of all: what the fuck

1. Windows 7 isn't being updated anymore, why not Windows 10?
2. UPDATE your Windows 7. Looks like you're using SP1 and IE7 (!!). Update your shit.
3. Install an anti-virus. If I Google that error, lots of people say it's due to malware. Are you using some shitty cracked Windows 7?

IDK if the windows is too old or smth, but I can make it on my own, however. I've windows 7 and windows 10 CD. Here's my PC's properties.

do you think it's good idea to install windows 10 on it? I mean some people adviced me not to since it'd be lagging for me cause my PC sucks.

You barely have 3 GB RAM available, which is nothing nowadays lol. Even my old laptop from 2009 has 6 GB available.
I would get a new PC, but that might not be possible.

Windows 7 is OK if you keep it updated and run a PROPER anti-virus. But don't use Windows 7 for too long, cus people are creating viruses for it and Microsoft won't fix the exploits.
I wouldn't advice running Windows 10 with those specs, might be running fine or might not.

Like Senza and I said, run anti-virus. Take a look at this topic: https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=293248.msg4343876#msg4343876
