Title: Error SD#16 021A from FACEIT AntiCheat

Basically, after I had my Faceit AC open it closed my MTA, and made me restart my pc. Now I have no idea why I cannot log in and I have tried to reinstall MTA as a whole. Faceit AC is not even activated right now and it still gives me no options.

Update, it worked. The only reason why I didn't try and remove AC before asking for help was that it has always worked without problems. Anyway, thanks for advice, Pilo & Ramos.
