Title: Weird black lines

Hey, So I've noticed this issue lately and I do not know what's the reason behind it..

As you can see, the black lines on the neck only appear for me, Others can not see it.. I made sure it's not the shader itself

It almost disappears when I get closer. https://i.imgur.com/31T04nw.png

I'd appreciate it if you help me to find a solution.

I left my PC open and logged in on a different PC with a different account, And somehow the lines appeared for me... I've asked like 5 people to take ss and show me, it doesn't appear for them.. confusing as fuck.

I tried reinstalling GTA, MTA, Different PC, All MTA graphic settings, Nothing worked.

Tactix, what if you try to replace your skin file into the original GTA files. I mean, try to mod the original one. Do not forget to get your back up files.

That doesn't answer my question, why is it only appearing for me and not other people? Why would I need to mod it if it's working fine for others..
