Set your settings \ mods and open F8 and type saveconfig.

This must be a bug from the GTA/MTA which is rare bug.

I'm Afraid even /saveconfig didn't fix it and I tryed before twice to reinstall MTa and 1 time reinstall gta  :fp:  :'(
