A command to see time left for van heist

What is your suggestion?: A command to see time left for van heist.
Description of your suggestion and what it will improve?: A command like /vanheist that will let us see time left for van heist, it will show something like this: 'X time left for van heist, Prepare your self!'. This will improve it by making players organizing plans to take van heist, together and without just randomly going for it.
Prove that your suggestion is needed?:Now van heist is pretty used by players, but its just messed up and people don't know exactly when to go. When it spawns people come 1 by 1 and just die trying to get it. And mostly the nearest guy to it takes it With this added a CrimeBoss/PoliceChief will organize a team to go and take the van, the CB will try to take it from them, This will be so much fun and attract more players to it.

Vanheist has received a massive activity boost in-game because of the pay rise and 30 minute timer, with this idea being added it'll benefit both sides to plan efficiently and will most definitely keep the activity up. With both sides being aware when it's spawning next and gathering people.
