Earlier today we managed to get yet another great achievement: 1024 players online. This is a great accomplishment for anyone that likes CIT and for MTA itself. Once again, we have proven that anything is possible on a Multi Theft Auto server.

I would like to thank everyone for joining the server and inviting their friends, it really means a lot to me and the rest of the staff. Becouse of this we have given everyone online at the time a 7-day VIP bonus:

Usage of /vipjetpack for transport only jet-pack (can't be used in LV, when wanted or when transporting a prisoner)
Half damage to the vehicle you're driving
Spawn with 25% armor after you die
Special login and quit message
Extra 20% cash earned when doing work
Instant respawn at hospitals

We are aware of the problems that happened related to the event money. We regret this happening but unfortuately there was no way to prevent this. We have looked into methods that will be fair to refund everyone, but it will be impossible to give everyone that was there a refund without some people receiving it twice becouse the money did save for them.I know how annoyed/mad everyone is about this, but please accept the fact that nothing can be done. Multiple staff members have also lost their money and expressed their feelings which are similar, if not the same, as what most players expressed. They as well have not received a refund.

Once again, thank you all and sorry for the losses.

yes we made it! well done. the money is actully no big deal. I didn't got anything but I don't care, just enjoy the game! 1024(1028) players online at the same time is amazing!

It is a nice record for you, but I don't hold it as anything extraordinary. If you cut off all the gameplay features, such as shooting, driving and seeing other players in MULTIPLAYING game, what is the point? Didn't we suppose to come play here, and not to follow some number in a list? Why disable game features to make number go bigger? Also, it's not so surprising if players are upset, because they didn't get what they were promised for.

And here comes the line you waited for: No I'm not going away because I don't like it, I still like the server nevertheless.

Maybe since we got 1028 players its time to get ccw and Cazomino05 and the rest of staff to work getting more max players and we will just push through through GTA history again
