Uhm, so since every official group is going to have its own job I thought that PA could have it too!

I have been working on something like the graffities mission in GTA.

There will appear 3 markers every 5 minutes and PA members have to go there and paint on them, they will get from 0 - 3 stars every "round".

No, every official law group will. Why should PA be able to do something and no other official (I assume there isn't just 1 official gang) gang can?

They are the only official alliance, which includes 3 gangs: NorthSideMafia, CAMORRA and HoBoS.
