Follow this steps:

Open MTA Folder > Server > Mods > Deathmatch.

As far as I know, it's inside one of these folders.

What are you exactly looking for? If you're searching for the file from Esc -> Settings -> Binds, then you gotta find it in the MTA/config folder.

The weapon folders in MTA are CITweaponstats & CITwepMods
you can find them here "C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources"

Binds folder name is coreconfig.xml
you can find it here "C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\config\coreconfig.xml"

Your CIT Settings saved file name is settings.xml
you can find it here "C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\priv\53B4C5\CITsettings\settings.xml"
