Title: Vip Hours

Hello, I was inactive for a long time and before that I remember that I bought more than 10k VIP hours so that I don't lose any hours during playing, I just came back active today and noticed that my VIP hours reduced to 6k , I know that there was an update for such a thing but I never got to use those hours and that update came on when I was inactive.. is there anyway I can bring those vip hours back cause I feel kinda unfair losing that much without being active on the game

Unfortunately, you can not get the your ViP hours back. Since it applied to all members and without looking at anyone. So, you will not get your VIP back. VIP runs down when you're online 0.1 hours per 6 minutes, when offline it runs down 0.02 hours per 6 minutes.

i remember also that I owned couple of houses and a very expensive car that was very armored and its price was close to 90m a year or 2 ago ? I can't find it anymore in my stock can you check please if those houses and the car were sold by the server or just gone ?

You know there is an update for that you should sell your vip hours before you go inactive that time so that there's no vip hours wasted and you cannot bring back those vip hours because it's your fault too.
