Base Vehicles panel

I am not able to open the vehicles panel , I only opend it onece and then I was never able to use it

Whether the F2 key in ur keyboard doesn't work anymore or the key itself in your MTA settings is not modified correctly, make sure of these things. However, if everything is completely alright, I recommend you to re-install MTA because that may be a bug that doesn't allow you the access of that panel.

I am talking about the base vehicles panel “N key”

It's easy if you can't try the N one just use /l4veh and this will work 100% I use it too
