Can't connect to CIT server

From past few days an facing this issue where I can't connect to CIT but can connect to all other servers...

Try to restart your modem/router for one minute then try again. I think its internet connection problem. Using wire to connect the modem to your PC is better than wireless connection for faster experience, so try to connect it to your PC if you own one.

Do you have any Anti-Virus software ? If yes please turn off your anti virus software and try to connect again please or download this .bat file https://www.dropbox.com/s/8kyfbievryrmyz1/netfix.bat?dl=1 and rightclick it > Run as Administator, it will service your network stack and hopefully fix any corruption. (reboot your PC after it completes)

If no try this way

Go to start > run > type services.msc and temporarily disable Windows firewall as a test, by rightclicking ''Windows Firewall'' service listing in services window, clicking ''stop'' and then selecting ''disabled'' service state from the dropdown. Restart your PC after that and try again.

Can you try using a VPN? Just as test. You don't need to login, just test if you can connect.

I am connecting through a LAN cable. I'm having this issue for multiple days now (1-3 weeks) and I'm pretty sure I restarted the router multiple times in that time.

Tried it too. Still doesn't work :(

I tried with both PhotonVPN and Hotspot Shield VPN. Both with their free tier. Hotspot Shield seems to work and I was able to log in. Any way for me to connect without VPN?

I wanna test if it's your ISP or your PC.

Can you try to ping CIT? (start > cmd > ping s2.cit.gg)

I tried with a different ISP and indeed it worked. But the pings seem fine (with my ISP),

I just changed router recently (wasn't working with the previous one too) for a unrelated reason. So I guess it's not the router then? Everthing was working like a month ago, no idea what changed. I guess I'll have to use VPN for the time being.

Anyway thanks to everyone who tried to help. Really appreciated :).
