The life in CIT is fast-paced. You die quickly, you kill quickly. One thing that was stopping that, or at least giving players time and making them use tactics was God drug. CIT is now godless (pun intended) and thus has lost the extra tactics skills needed. In order for this to return, I suggest a new and somewhat radical system.
1) Medikits
-Heal 10 HP
-Cost: $1.500
-Location: Front yards of hospital (purple marker?)
-One can carry 10 Medikit packs at once.
-One can store them in car [owned] using /scmk [ammount{1-10}] (Store in Car; MediKits)
-One can store them in house as well
-To activate them (to heal themselves), /mk
-Medikit can be used once every 30 seconds (so as to prohibit the abuse)
-/dropmk (ammount) [teamwork]
2) Pills
-Heal 5 HP
-Cost: 500$
-Location: Front yards of hospitals (purple marker?)
-One can carry 15 pills at once.
-One can store them in car [owned] using /scp [ammount{1-15}] (Store in Car; Pills)
-One can store them in house as well
-To activate them (to heal themselves), /pill
-Pill can be popped every 20 seconds (so as to prohibit the abuse)
-/dropPills (ammount) [teamwork]
3) Injection
-Heal 25 HP
-Cost: 5000$
-Location: Front yards of hospitals (purple marker?)
-One can carry 4 injections at once.
-One can store them in car [owned] using /si [ammount{1-4}] (Store in Car; Injections)
-One can store them in house as well
-To activate them (to heal themselves), /iv
-Pill can be popped every 40 seconds (so as to prohibit the abuse)
-/dropiv (ammount) [teamwork]
Logistics
Purple marker would pop up a GUI when entered.
GUI contains:
-Option pill (circle to tick) and field to write how many pills one plans to buy
-Option medikit (circle to tick) and field to write how many medikits one plans to buy
-Option injection (circle to tick) and field to write how many injections one plans to buy
-Button "Buy"
-Button "Cancel"
Medic bonus:
-Medics can carry up to 5x the normal max.
-Upon switching proffesion, the medical equipment bonus carry will be unreachable until one changes back to medic.

Since God dosent exist any more, or was being mis-used. we will need this tactic we have all learned to depend on. +1

Honestly, I like the idea but implementing will take various trials and new bugs. Why not just lower the regeneration of god to +25 instead of +50. It will be a faster fix and criminals as well as cops will regenerate life slower and people will stop complaining about god. This means no bugs and those who take critical damage right away won't be able to boost health so fast.
Also the drug market for god will vanish. I know admins don't want to hear this but it will frustrate/piss off drug dealers who only concentrate their time on selling god.

Because Arran saw a video of someone powning cops at bankrob. Arran says players were exploiting god because they would combat cops, kill, then retreat to replenish life. So basically everyone exploited god but no one knew that Arran didn't intend for god to be used that way.

Exactly what we require at the moment. Completely remove "God", as its abusable and implement the medikits.
But rather than using commands I would suggest add a GUI list item in F4, with Pills, Injections, and Medikits.
That is easy and much more user friendly.
But I didn't like the 40seconds, etc time. I think it should be increased to 120 seconds.

Yes price is very much justified. And that solves the issue of abusing for which God was removed. Meursault set the price what it was meant to be set. We don't want people to use Medikits with a 100$ and be invincible. Point was we want to make server God free. So if you are shot at, like IRL you have to die if unless a medic heals. But the medipack may prove good in some unusual occasions.
No Change than Original Meursault's post required.
Only instead of commands, add the items as list items in F4.

5K for 25 hp? ermmm lolwut? just lowering the price to half, or increasing the hp to double its fine imo

Yes 5k for 25hp... so don't use it if its expensive. And not using is the aim of this topic. People don't get health refill untill healed by medic. Thats all.

The high costs of this were intended. You have low cost pills, they decay much quicker than other medical equipments. Reason for high prices is so it can't be abused or used too often, which was the main problem of God drug. This is so the tactics of rehealing could be brought back to bankrobs and other parts of the gameplay. Please, try to understand, I've been here for very long time, I know how important tactics are and how important integrity of the whole combat system is. This way, the integrity stays untouched, while bringing back the tactics.

Good idea, but $1.500 is very expensive for 10 hp. as you see that 2/3 god (100$ each) can restore your health to 100 hp.

And that's why it's so expensive. Harder to obtain means more tactics needed.

I'm neutral, because the extreme price. Why can't just increase the price of the god and lower the healing effect also putting time limit on it. I bought 200 of it 2 months ago and I still have 120, so I wasn't the one who abused it.

Instead of God - increases your max heatlh (which, right now, it only increases your health bar, and do nothing besides that. yeah, right now you dont get 150 hp once you use it.)

- You will no longer get a "increased health bar" (to avoid the boost they say it gave you)
- You will get 15hp restored every time you use it.
- You have to wait 45 seconds between shots (like /fine with its 10min waiting period)
That pretty much leaves the drug as it is, but now with limitations. If you want full health (100hp), you have to wait almost 5 minutes now, and that way, It cant no longer be "exploited"
And as i said, I dont see any exploiting on the way it was. (but hey, what do I know?, im just a regular 2 hours daily player + 1 hour staff player ::) )
And yeah, leave the price as it is, or the only winners gonna be the drug dealers who had +5k God drugs on their inventory ;)

Point is, this is more expensive, harder to use, you can wield less and you have to be carefull, and best of all, LEGAL. Exactly what god isn't, plus it resolves all the problem God had, such as spamming it, abusing it, exploiting with it, etc.

I have another idea: enable god outside bank rob zones. Because you can't find a food shop/medic everywhere, and no one wants to pay 25k to get fully healed.

Mersault it's better then nothing that's why people put +1 and I would do same.
But really if u think about it, by doing this with god u not only destroy our fight tactics u also ruin people businesses who sell those god for 110$ each and they still have to 20k of it and there is lot of people who buy it and now can't use it. God was never abused, with god u didn't have advantage u just change the way people fight if I do 1 vs 1 we both have equal chances to win, it's just stupid that god get removed.
You can't abuse and spam god, it still have it recovery time and as old player who spend 90% of his time on fighting - I am telling u that in gang wars u can get killed for first 5 secs...also as any fight wouldn't last more then minute, and god didn't help that much you don't give really big advance by using it.

Seems like a good idea, and after testing it, it's really nice. Would be something cool to have in game as well.
EDIT: Steve allowed me on his local server to test it. He fixed a few bugs that I found as well.

Thats great infact I think the Car Part will actually like healing will add Vehicle Damage -10%, so would fix a vehicle from broken down to atleast 40-50% so we can make it upto any pay and spray. I would like it to be added soon, why don't you let it be added Steve? That rocks.

Cars break down around 29/30. If you +10 it then it would be 40. Not 50. There is a check on it to see if your car is broken down. The car part adds 5, making it 34/35 and drivable to a pay n spray.

Thanks, I didn't perform any horrible math. Was jaw dropped to see that idea in some action and too excited to get the feature IG.

actually, you don't have to die when you get shot at in real life, it depends on where you get hit, and if you are able to stop the bleeding, but still, medical aid is required to prevent infection, which leads to blood poisoning, which in turns leads to death.

Turfers should take damage and die, why should they keep using cheap medical equipments and heal them again and again and never die?

Over complicated suggestion.
Instead, Rick has made a script which does the same job. Allows you to buy med-kits for $1000 and carry up to 5 at a time that heal just 10hp 25hp each.
