[+++][B] Adding a 4-door muscle car (Polaris V8)

I've read that a 4-door muscle car was wanted so I thought about this one. The Polaris V8 converted from VCS to San Andreas. I think it looks very good and if we replace the Hustler we can also get the nice mucle car engine sound for it, but I think that many like the Hustler. It also has 3 coloreable areas.

I am uncertain about what car be replaced honestly, so I expect that is something that we can figure out if this gets accepted.

There isn't any 4 door muscle car yet in this server so this would be great addition. Performance should be improved too to match other fast 4 door vehicles such as Premier, Sultan and Stratum.

Great car also with a low file size, no lags or drops gonna happened to players then I see no problem in adding this car to the server, I'm going Positive.
