The problem appears to be caused by the server files, so make sure to delete CIT files and load them again. Reinstalling MTA won't fix the problem unless you delete all CIT files and download them again.

I'm not sure if you can do the same as this man did here (https://github.com/multitheftauto/mtasa-blue/issues/1466), but I think it's a similar problem as yours.

Based on my experienced with this same issue, I'll explain first of all i'm playing in internet cafe. I always having with this kind of issue, I always downloading MTA everytime I play because MTA is not saved in their PC's.

I'll tell you if you encounter mismatch error, just close MTA and re open it again. Right click MTA and click run as administrator, then everything will be fix.

I didn't delete some CITFiles and re download it.
I just do what I said above.
I can prove this if ever I encounter mismatch error again.

I can't count how many times I encountered same problem.

Same issue
Solved, thanks to Brian and Vermouth for helping. Let me explain the problem so it can be a reference for anyone who face this issue, the problem is that your PC fails to install the lua scripts, this could happen because of your ISP or possible virus that is modifying your lua files (very low probability) but still greater than zero, my problem was from the ISP side which is a bug from their side, how did I solve it? just restarted my router.

For Egyptians; What was the reason of this error?
