Unable to use jetpack when recently harmed

Hello,

I want to suggest that you will not be able to use jetpack if you got recently damaged.
I've seen many cops using the jetpack to escape from criminals when they had low hp and that's pretty annoying.

Make it same as the car recovery script, that you have to wait 10 seconds before being able to use your jetpack again.

True ,In DS a lot of cops do that to avoid getting killed So , if this got added it will be useful. Upvoted

If they used vip jetpack you still can follow them and shoot them but you are correct about cops are using it to escape but I am seeing that this isn't good idea for this e.g I can run away from you for like 2s then spawn it again.

Well,i think it's a pretty good idea,if a cop using a Jetpack he can't remove it when he is near a wanted player,also he can't use it while he is near a wanted player...
in DS,when Players DMing Cops,most of cops are using jetpacks ... if this got added it will be Helpfull.

It's the bad of the criminal if he can't damage him within 10 seconds.
