Thank you everyone. I'm honored and would like to extend my gratitude to you all who elected me via their votes and wish to inform you that I will try my level best to succeed at doing what I had planned and what this role is about.
How does collecting their suggestions ensure harmony between different factions?
Not just collecting them. Suggestions are collected, discussed, an agreement is reached, both the governors come to a final agreement keeping in mind all representatives and then a plan is presented at the appropriate board where the rest of the community (that can vote on it) gives their opinion and based on that we get work done.
In case of any unbalance, disagreement or any other major upset we try to patch it up and ensure harmony by getting the sides back together. In-game they might be calling each other pigs but we ned to make sure that they respect each other out of CnR. Ofcourse, due to human nature, all of this isn't really possible. But then again, this is our attempt.
