Paragraph or more describing yourself and why you want to be a member of CIT staff: Hello, as I said my real name is Damian, I was born in Poland, but now I live in Spain. I live only with my mum, because I don't know my father.
I'm studying last year at school, and next year I hope to be at University. I'd like to study English Translation.
I'm a real fan of music, many kinds of music, such as Rock, Jumpstyle, Hip-Hop. I'm open to many more styles.
My second hobby behind CIT is Rugby, I play in an amateur category with older people.
I have found this server because I wanted to try MTA and this one seemed to be good, now I can't stop playing it, it's like a drug. I have made also good friends here.


I think somebody is cheating so I: First I will follow him to be sure that he's cheating, then if I cannot punish him I'll call and higher Admin, and if I can, I'll punish him with evidences.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: First I try to help him, if I can't do it, I ask another Admin to solve our doubts. (I'll also learn it.)
A player insults me so I: I ignore him, punish him with a mute and not react inmature nor childish.
A player asks me to give them some money so I: I answer him that I can't abuse of my powers, if it's a little amount I can give him from my pocket.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I: First I take a video or some screenshots to use them as proofs and then I call a higher Admin to solve it.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I: I report it to Admins responsible for this.
