Add flood restriction on nicknames.
« on: 17 11, 2021, 09:50:23 pm »
Greetings community

I'll get straight to the point, I've noticed that some people use nicknames with flood (flood is when you repeat a word many times and in chat it is forbidden to do so). So some people use nicknames like Hhhhhhh or use their name but repeat the final letter of their name many times, now as everyone knows if they put an insult on their nick, the console will automatically put a Nick like = Plr123137. this suggesting that this be added for the flood.

I didn't understand what do you want exactly? "Plr123126" or any other Plr is the nickname that get's placed automatically if the player doesn't have a nickname, so what's the suggestion now I don't see anything with this?

that name is placed on a player if he puts an insult or tag of a group in which he is not, then this should be with the flood
I'm not really sure about this as a "Rule".

I see too many spammy names nowadays, I agree with you, but I think it's unnecessary to add.

All players are free whatever they wants use nick. As long as they don't abuse it of course, but I'm not sure about it, I'll wait for Community members' messages, then I'll give my final vote but for now neutral.

boy coke already said that there was a rule of inappropriate name and it is no longer, I am looking to add this rule again or add that the console automatically changes it to another name but still, your decisions are yours
If this rule is no longer available then it would be a good suggestion to add it back again.

It's lame but if they want to look like idiots... It doesn't really affect others because it's not like you have to do /report ExactPlayerName that makes it difficult for you. If it was then I'd either fix the script that requires full name to require partial, or I would implement this restriction.

Changed my mind after seeing player list and saw this:

SOOOOOOOOOOOO
c1|maweeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Pepsiuuuuuuu

- Added name restrictions to prevent names like Arrannnnnnnnn. (Arran + Melendez)
