To me this seems like a fair suggestion since if you can already change your veh color in both non CEM dim and CEM dim, why not change your headlights? I always thought that was a given but it's not, so I agree we should be adding this into the game since if you're paying for DLx and can't even change headlights or neon lights, that's kinda lame. Hey my fav community , Im here to suggest

Ability to change ur car headlights / neon by vip levels <DLs>
All of us know that one of DL1+ advantages that u can change ur car color by use /setvehcolor , but the problem here we cant edit headlights or neon color so I suggest this to make this idea real without going to car workshop for donater users

You have a very unreasonable opinion, it means that you need to reduce the modified gain, because using headlights and neon commands like this was ridiculous, so it may be a problem to reduce the modified rental operating income.

I think you know the reason to reduce customers and reduce earnings, think again. The best should be a balanced system.

In the past u could change the headlight and neon from X > Vehicle , nowadays its only from workshop , good idea

Seems good, And I don't see any problem to add this to DL1's features when I'm using /setvehcolor.

Not really needed imo, but I don't see a reason why not add this. Would be a pretty good feature for DL1+, its not a pay to win thing, so I don't think adding this would be harmful. It's more like a missing feature since we already got /setvehcolor but we can't change the headlight or neon. I'm going Positive since it would be great to change the headlight color / neon with this command.
