Being able to throw money on the ground by using a money rain animation.

This emote/animation can be used in party events or giveaway for players and this has never existed in CIT. And if this is added, more players are using it as a tool to make the party more fun and enjoyable.

Same as /hitme it should be a command which clearly defines what it does. Adding some like /mir might make it confusing for some players. The "Make It Rain" animation is widely known in gaming so I suppose it would be the best choice.

I personally think that 2 seconds of limit to collect the money would be too low.

5 seconds pass too late when it comes to collecting money from the ground. By 2 seconds people will not run straight the money and collect all of them without letting to collect to others.

The 2 seconds limit would be legit. I will add it to the main topic. Also there is currently no animation like that but since we were able to add fortnite dances in CIT I suppose there would be no problem for the devs to find/create an anim like that (especially since it only requires moving only the hands of the ped).

If you're so sure that it's "not a really big deal" to create an animation, why don't you show us how easy it is?

There might be a similar animation in GTA SA we can use, you just need to start a local server and press F1 then go animations tab and look through them all there must be some throwing animations, the animation could be repeated like 10 times and each time the player gets rotated so money gets thrown all around them.

I've just added this but without the extra details that make adding it take multiple times longer.
