Title: [IMPLEMENTED] countdown in seconds before cops can re-enter CE

Hello everyone,

so today I would like to propose a minor update that might help the law side, the suggestion and information will be provided below.

Suggestion
My suggestion is to change the current timer system which is something like this:

and replacing it with a live second counter which would tell you how many seconds are left before you can re-enter, this used to be like this in the past but currently, it just tells you about the 120 seconds which is kind of annoying as you have to keep running through the entrance marker.

How will this help?
  • Cop will know exactly how much time is remaining until they could re-enter.
  • It will provide more information and meet up to its role of function.
  • Doesn't harm the system.

A live countdown is more accurate than a message appearing on your screen.

Adding a timer for a Cop who dies in CE and wants to get back after 120 seconds is a convenient method for the Cops than a text message.

A live cooldown is more even better.

Cooldown can be added as a DX message above the marker to enter the CE.
