weird bug.

So I recently came back to the game after 2years inactivity, somehow I am not able to damage others like I was able to. it takes around 5 shots to Damage ( the hit mark appears  all time ) also others able to damage me without missing etc ... 

Ingame ping : 50/60
High End pc ( 6gb graphic 16gb ram )

@ShaCo, is the issue still persistent? I don't think there's anything wrong with your PC or your internet, I do think that the issue is caused by the MTA sync. There has been a discussion to fix the issue, but I'm pretty sure it's infeasible as it can be exploited. You can see Brian's explanation below.
