MTA:SA not opening after installation

MTA:SA doesn't launch after installation (I have GTA:SA compressed version installed - 600MB)

can you try to uninstall mta sa with CCleaner ?, it will help to remove the registry so you'd be able to do a clean reinstall + updating your GPU's drivers would help cuz I did have this problem once and updating my GPU helped.
