Where is my DL3 ?

I left that game in 2017 I think. I was a DL3 player and when I logged in today after 2 years of inactivity or something I couldn't find my donator level that is now called vip level. where is it ? who should I complain too ?

Donator Level was renamed to VIP level, you still have your DL3 - its just under a different name

ye it says my vip level is 0

If you mean you still miss the VIP Level 3, then go over to this topic and read it, copy the Money refund format, fill it and make a new topic here and hopefully you will be able to recover it back.

Obviously you did something with it or let someone else do something with it, my converter script won't miss 1 person.
